Howdy,

I live in Nashville. Moved here from New York, which I miss a lot and visit often, but I am originally from Atlanta. I make art and write songs, sometimes with people and a lot of times alone. With a BFA in textile design, from the Lamar Dodd School of Art at the University of Georgia, I previously worked for a home decor company designing homegoods products and aiding with R&D and marketing efforts. Since then I've professionally shifted to an External Communications and PR role working for the Deloitte Global CEO.

As a songwriter, my latest music project, "Stars or Angels," is a 6 track EP, including two singles "Little Back House" and "Hold My Own Hand". For me, this record delicately shifts between humor and despair, while sweating the persistent fever of way-finding, all while appreciating the treadmill of life, to put it simply. It's my wintered debut, that combines rich lyrics and storytelling, rooted in acoustic guitar and an edged ether, created by my producer Asher Peterson, who encapsulates and hugs these stories. Check out my behind the music feature on Sonika's World to learn more about the record. As a co-writer, I recently landed my first major label cut with rising country star and friend, Lily Rose, co-writing "Overnight Sensation". Since my EP, I've released 5 singles all written over the last two years, originally to be part of a larger project which I've since pivoted from. I have plans to rewrite, rethink, and feel some things I've put off feeling while letting in a lot of new as well.

As an artist, I've sold original and commissioned work with a focus on portraiture, landscapes, and abstract surfaces. I find beauty in the small details and textures of an artwork as much as the experience of a piece from a distance. My background in textile design is undoubtedly present in my artwork through surface creation and pattern making. I am currently in the process of redefining myself as a visual artist in hopes of releasing a series later this year.
